Alicia Suguitan, MS

Alicia has years of experience in education settings both in non-profits and in higher education. During her time in education she participated in a variety of diversity and inclusion trainings and developed a training series for her colleagues in higher education. Alicia also earned a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University in 2022. She has a keen interest as a White-passing, multiracial woman in helping individuals understand how race has shaped their own identity and using that understanding to reshape the world around them.

Having felt the call to serve and to contribute to a greater good, Toni has worked in the nonprofit sector for over ten years. She specializes in business development, communications, innovative outreach and marketing strategies while connecting with community and faith-based leaders.
