Together, We Can Help Make Maternal Healthcare Safe for All
In 2025, The Edith Institute reached a pivotal moment — moving from vision to measurable action. From launching our first research study to strengthening clinical and community partnerships, this year marked meaningful progress toward improving care for mothers affected by hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Our 2025 Annual Report shares the milestones, momentum, and voices shaping what comes next.
Driving Large-Scale Impact By Improving Maternal Health Outcomes For Everyone.
For the health and well-being of all mothers.
Black mothers are at least 2.5 times more likely to die from maternal health complications than their peers. We are committed to changing this. Through research, partnerships, and advocacy, we work to build a healthcare system that is equitable, just, and responsive to the needs of Black mothers. Because when care improves for Black mothers, it improves for all mothers.
